Increasing my bench press and protein intake?!


Question: Increasing my bench press and protein intake!?
So I am 5'7 167 pounds and I have been going to the gym for a fairly long time every other day or as much as work allows!.!.!. I want to increase my bench press and lose a little body fat basically I want nice toned strong pectorals arms and a nice flat stomach!.!.!. I know its hard to gain muscle while cutting body fat but I have a fairly large chest and decent sized arms but I want to get my chest more cut and Im on a platue and want to eat healthier and more like I should be 6 times a day I believe right!? also I just got gold standard whey protein and dont know how much or how many times a day to take it!.!.!. so any diet plans to help me out or anything would be appreciated thanks alot!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should avoid salt and fatty foods and take out and Mc Donald's!.Eat healthy lean meat grilled chicken without skin egs for extra protein,vegetables ans fruit,
Do take the protein before and after your workout!.
Running will help you loose weight too
