What are the best exercises for reducing wieght?!


Question: What are the best exercises for reducing wieght!?
I do jogging and running early morning for 15-20 minutes, but what specifically weight exercises are there!?!?!?

I completely agree with robert!. Dump the sodas and junk food!. A 12 oz soda which is only a CAN, will add a pound onto you every week!. So if you drink 5 sodas, thats 5 pound!. Switch if for something better, Tea, even coolaid with splenda!. Water is the best!. Always drink water after you eat, it clenses out your system and dulutes the food a little more!. That helped me in the long run!. The running is great too!. I used to ride my bike around alot before i started driving and i was really skinny!. Lol!. Also a way to stop the junk food is to just say no!. Studies have proven that the more times you resist a food and sweet, the easyer it will be to resist it next time!. And if you give in, the chances only increase that you'll give in the next time!. Also if you can do, do push ups, and sit ups to work on your belly and chest!. Also 6 inch killers do the trick for your lower abs!. You hold your feet off the ground exactly 6 inches for a period of time!. Hope this helped and sorry it was so long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It helps a great deal to dump the junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet soda's, too, Bubba! As time permits, try working in sit ups, push ups, pull ups & skipping rope!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
