A good weight training routine?!
Question: A good weight training routine!?
i was just wondering if anyone had a really good training routine that is guarantied to build muscle at a fast rate!. I already know a fair bit about muscle building, i just have never seemed to be able to find a good routine that works for me!. I don't have any machines just the basic barbell and dumbell but any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Okay!. Do 2 sets of 15 for the bar bell!.
then 2 sets when seated!.
3 Sets of 10 for the dumbbells!. (Curling)
2 sets of 15 when standing both curling and raising them above your head!.
20 press ups with the last five doing them slow to build more mustle and you will feel a burn in your arms!.
do them about 4 days a week!. after 2 - 4 weeks increase weights!.
after 2 months change the routine!. Be creative man!. just lift them at a suitable weight at first!. no bending your back or doing them fast!. I hope i helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
