I walk for hours on the weekends why?!


Question: I walk for hours on the weekends why!?
So I've been thinking about this but!.!.!. I've been walking for hours on the weekends EVERY DAY! So I'll start from friday, on friday I go and grab my mp3 and walk outside!.!.!. I walked from 6:00 (After dinner) till 11:00!. Saturday I walked from 11:00 (after Breakfast) till 4:00 Then on Sunday I walked from 12:00 (After I got bored) till 3:30

While I'm walking I listen to my mp3/ipod and just walk aimlessly everywhere!. Why am I doing this!?

Also, I've been doing this every weekend, that was only 1 weekend!. I'm a 16 year old high school student!. Every gym day I'm in X-biking so I am on a bike (Exhausted!) for an hour non-stop!. I also work at Wegmans and that job requires lots of walking!. I do not feel worn out or anything!. (only from X-biking though)


I just want to know why I walk so much!? Is this good for my health!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe its a habit for you!. It's not entirely a bad thing, I mean you're getting exercise!.

It's also a good way to reflect on life and just observe the things around you that most people don't even take time these days to see!.

I have no clue why you walk so much!. You could be anxious or just have a lot of energy!. A lot of exercise is good for your health as long as you don't push yourself too much!. Make sure you get plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
