Question: I get these small muscle spasms sometimes, should i be worried?
like sometimes like in my upper arm, the muscle spasms a bit. also my thumb does too which bothers me the most. my left thumb only, like moves just a little bit, it twitches and stuff on occassion. should i be worried? im 17, male in case that influences what the symptoms might indicate. is this natural?

Do you do weightlifting? Do you have any nerve damage, neurological issues, or take any medications?
Muscle twitching can be caused by a lot of things. What's important is that it's not getting worse. Keep an eye on it.
Perfectly normal. I sometimes get a twitch in my eyelid too...which is weird but temporary.

Yes this is very natural. It could be a cause of stress so try to calm yourself a bit. This is perfectly normal for someone your age.
