Question: Is my body gross? I am seriously depressed (PICTURE)?
Ok, I am 6'1, and I weigh 170, I don't know if that sounds average to you, but to me it is repulsing, especially since my fat is only stored in my stomach, I have chicken legs, and scrawny arms, and it just looks really gross, so please be honest, is it really bad or am I just exaggerating.
By the way, I am going to start P90X so I know I will lose the weight, but I am just asking because of how I currently look. Does it gross you out?

I think you're exaggerating.
If you say your body fat is just around your stomach, then that's good. Even though getting that kind of weight off your body isn't the easiest thing to do, exercise can get it off. You look normally healthy and I'm sure you'll be able to get the belly fat off in no time. :)



From another guy around the same size, you ain't that bad. And P90X actually works to. You will loose all that fat and gain a $hit load of muscle, trust me. I use to way 200 pound last summer!!!!! After doin p90x last summer, i dropped 20 pounds in just a month and a half. I was sooooo happy, i'm plannin on doin it fully this year and gaining a lot of muscle. Good luck.

You need to tone up, but you are not gross.
Eat a little less fast food and do some exercises, push ups, sit ups and take some walks, you will be fine.



I wouldn't say that your body is "gross" but you do have some "flab". I suggest you get into an exercise program and build some muscles and work of your stomach fat.



You are exaggerating a little. Just start playing a sport, and run a mile every once and awhile.

damn dude. it aint that bad. I have been doing p90x and it f***ing rocks. But i still have a stomach. I have put on a lot of muscle and am in the best shape of my life but i still got a big belly and it disgusts me man. it really really does. It depress me also. I know how you feel. but u aint that bad. Just concentrate on knocking p90x out consistently everyday. in 90 days you will be a different person and will feel great. I am depressed all of the time. working out and changing how you look on the outside makes you feel great on the inside, at least for a little while. lol. good luck dude. Also remember that you are not that outta shape. There are people that weigh 600 hundred pounds and cant really do **** about it. Remember that. peace



DUUUDEE You cant be that old you still have boy fat that can be lost quickly if you watch what you eat no more fast food and excercse ride your bike or walk the dog or even run the dog(he will like that and be your instant buddy) you should be able to loose it and be lean by summer. do situps work the abs and you will start to see them appear through that fat pad you have on your stomach. you have to have disapline and work out a routene everyday do not break from it except for weekends Monday - friday run situps watch what you eat . weekends you are on your own but no overdoing it. No more fast food if you do put yourself on 1800 calories and see how much you use at the local fast food place.

you look fine bro... and u dont needa spend ur money on p90x but it is a good way to lose weight, in fact very good, ik ppl whove lost 40+ llbs on it. u really only need to lose about 10 llbs. but definately run a mile 3-4 times a week and hit the gym. its just a good habit and if u keep it up, you can get abs and look great. lifting weights in combination with a cardio workout of either running a mile or doing eliptical or treadmil or stairs! you can do its not hard if u dedicate urself to a healthy lifestyle. and if your looking to get healthy as well, PORTION CONTROL and EAT RIGHT! we both now what that means, no junk food eat veggies chicken, fish, low fat steak, but u can have mcdonalds still every once and a while, just avoid the big mac, and go for the mac WRAP or a salad. drink water instead of soda. if you follow all of that, u be a healthy, MUSCULAR lad. good luck keep me posted if u go the p90x route or my route and tell me how it goes im curious
