Question: How tall will i be guys????????? :/?
ok im a 5'6.5 american teenager with shoes on, i turned 16 like 1 month ago.the doctor said i was supposed to stop growing when im 16.but dont men stop growing between 18-21 or something?my dad is 5'9 1/2 and my mom is 5' .my ancestry is spain from my mom.her dad is 5'8 and her mom is 4'7.my dads family is spain/holland/arab his dad was 5'10 and his mom is 5'3-5'4 im not sure . im also a mesomorph and i look like my dads side of the family. i just want to know if i can grow to at least my dads height.which diet and exrcises can i do to increase my height? i dont want any stupid answers about calling me short and stuff,i kinda already know that.lol i just want a serious response.thanks :-)

Well, your doctor said you're going to stop growing soon, so according to him, about 5'6". But don't trust your doctor.
Two ways to determine your height (not exact, of course) is 1) double your height at age 2 or 2) average the height of your parents, adding 5" if you're a boy, subtracting 5" if you're a girl. That would make you about 5'10".
But you'll never really know until you're done growing. And anyway, I find the second way rather sexist. I've already passed the average of my parents' heights, nevermind subtracting 5. Supposedly doubling the height at age 2 is more accurate.

From that it looks like you will be anywhere from 3'2-4'8. Maybe 4'9 if your lucky

5'7".

i been 6'1 since i was 16 try to play sport and sleep alot that helps
