Bodybuilding.. toning?!


Question: Bodybuilding.. toning?
hey, i have just finished my bulking stage, where i lifted heavy weights at lower reps. i can bench 70kg at 5x5 (5 reps by 5 sets with a 2min break in between set) and i can curl 15kg at 8x3 (8reps by 3 sets) now i plan on toning, how much weight should i bench and how many reps/sets? how weight for curls and how many reps/sets?

any other tips? im going to also hit th cardio hard!

You ain't finished your "bulking stage" to begin with. But to answer your question, increase reps and lower your carb intake & that will do it. ///// But again, let me repeat , that with the poundages you've been using, you were never bulking up to begin with.

Long - time, screaming hardcore bodybuilder. At 5' 9" weigh in @ a solid 216 lbs. Ex - Title Holder X 2. Curl 155 lbs. on the EZ curl bar for 11 - 13 reps. 48 1/2" chest, 30" waist, and 19 1/2 " arms (cold) and can pump them up to an easy 20" in 2 good sets. And I'm still ALWAYS "bulking up." You are still playing with those weights. ///// GO hard or GO home.
