Most soap is too abrasive and also some gels. That said use a soap bar to wash your armpits, groin and, erm, your back passage.

If you have a foreskin it's very important you wash the glans underneath. I suspect it's the smell of 'smegma'!

there's absolutely nothing wrong with you. it's just puberty setting in. just wash it with soap and water when you take a shower. it should not smell that bad after you shower. make sure you wash your testicles also.
