im 18 heaqlthy male penis question like i heard guys get erections and they dont go down and have to go to er anyways is that only when they take like a pill to make their erection much harder or can it happen out of anything.

nah it comes from the pills, which at 18 you shouldnt have to worry about that for another 40 years
