Question: Tap water on Penis? Is this normal to feel?
I was in the bath tub with bubbles and I needed to shave below, but I couldn't because my testicles was kind of not tucked in ._.

So I turned on the cold tap and to try and speed it up I put my Penis under the cold tap of water, and it was coming out pretty fast.

Suddenly I felt errected and the feeling of the Cold water rushing down on my thing felt really good, so I sat there for about 2 minutes because it felt really good x_X

But then I remembered that, this is probably a form of Masturbation (I became a Muslim recently so I am not allowed to)

Was that Masturbating? Because it felt really good :S

I guess anything you do to sexually stimulate yourself would in fact be considered masturbation.

Im also confused by something you said.... you said you couldnt shave down there because "your testicles was kind of not tucked in". What the hell does that mean? Seriously... what?

I don't think it's masturbating, it's simply a method of stimulating the nerve endings on your penis without touching yourself. There's mechanics involved in masturbating (i.e physically having to arouse yourself by touch).
