Erections at random times throughout the day do happen to a lot of guys. Especially the younger ones (teens to early 20's). That part is normal - what I do not think is normal is for them to last as long as you're saying.

TV commercials for medications like Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra (the medications guys take when they can't get erections) always say if they take any of these medications and it becomes erect for 4 + hours, they need to go to their Dr. immediately. I asked my Dr. once why that is and he said if you don't go to the Dr or hospital after it has been erect after 4 hours or more when you've taken these medications, that can make it NEVER go erect again whether you take those medications or not, plus there's other damage it can do to it, which he didn't clarify, but I didn't ask.

You're only at the 2 hour mark, and not taking erection-causing medication, so I think you're okay. If your random erections start lasting a third or fourth hour on their own, I would go see your Dr. Otherwise, random erections (even when you're not having sexual thoughts, or watching anything sexually-themed) sometimes happen. Most people get random boners, probably like in your case, for no apparentt reason. Also if you need to pee that could be a key factor.
