Get up one hour early EVERY morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. (That's 7 hours per week more exercise than you are currently getting.)
Avoid fried foods. Meats need to be baked, boiled or broiled - never fried.
Avoid highly seasoned, spicy, greasy foods. No acidic type foods - like tomatoes, garlic, onions, curry.
Snack on Activia Yogurt - it has ingredients to help regulate your digestive system.
