Lumps in scrotum??? Please help?!

Question: Lumps in scrotum??? Please help?
I have multiple pea-sized lumps behind my left testicle. They are very uncomfortable, and you can tell that the left side of the scrotum looks bigger than the right side. They aren't on the testicle, and they aren't hydroceles or varicoceles, I know that. I do have some symtems of testicular cancer, but the lumps I am pretty sure aren't on the testicle... Low back pain, fatigue, I think the lymph node on the left side of my groin is inflamed also. I don't know whats goin on... I am 15 years old, not sexually active at all. Help please???

I don't often tell people to go to the doc for minor problems, but this may be one of those times. Don't take chances if you have new growths suddenly popping up. Go see your doctor. Even if its just an infection, it's better to get the info now, before it does become more serious.

Lumps in scrotum = visit to doctor. Most likely what you are feeling is the tubes behind the testicle that move the sperm out of the factory, so to speak, or a testicular cyst, which is VERY common and not an issue.
However, any worry about lumps on your testicles should still be checked out by a doctor to rule out anything serious, even though it is very unlikely.
Testicular cancer at your age is very unlikely I believe, but go see a doctor to be safe. If you need to go through your parents to get into a doctor, and are embarrassed, just create an excuse as to why you need to go to the doctor, and then level with the doctor when he comes in as to why you are really there.
I don't want to advocate lying to your parents, but I do know some teenagers will not get treatment if they are embarrassed.

Some lumpiness, and different-sized testicles can be normal. But since you have physical symptoms too, you really should see a doctor. If nothing else, to put your mind at ease.

You need to tell your parents so you can see a doctor soon.

I think you should see a doctor. No big deal just do it.
