I am 25 years male....my height is 5.3..but my weight is only 43 kg. Help to increase my weight? Should i check my blood to confirm whether there is problem in my blood or should i go for exercise? suggest me some best diet (veg/non-veg)... ?

increase weight? just keep eating man. its the easiest thing to do!!!! and also exercise a bit so your in shape.. also sleep more esp in the afternoon

Maybe you could go to the gym and start lifting weights and get more muscular. That will help you weigh more, (muscle weighs more than fat)., then eat more frequently, try to include foods with lots of protein (but not meat!) and fiber. But even though you want to weigh more don't just go to McDonald's everyday and eat junk food all the time, you want to stay healthy too so also eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. You may also want to eat a lot of whole grain pasta and other starches... And also, you might want to try to go vegan or at least vegetarian because animal products increase your chances at cancer and all sorts of diseases and you will be less likely to be obese
