Im 16 and a half and im around 5,11 without shoes
My brother is 5,11 age 23
My sister is 5,6 age 29
My brother is 6,4 age 30
My mom is 5,5 age 54
My dad is 5,11 age 50
I Really wanna be 6ft 2 i wonder will i reach this height?

Im 6,2, trust me, when you reach that height you feel like a mountain peak. A bit like Arnold says and said several times, you must picture your biceps like mountain peeks. Hes 6,2 as well :)
You're only 16. You will grow taller in time. You are predicted to stop growing at around 18-23. Sometimes it goes further than that. Your family is quite short though but your brother pretty tall. You'll probably make it up to 6,0 but I doubt any further.
