There are several things you can do to solve this kind of problem.

First, get a life. I know that sounds mean, but the fact is that you are spending the time to watch porn when you could be doing many other things including: Reading, running, biking, cooking, cleaning, washing your car, spending time with friends, sleeping, and so on. Exercise will be best but if you like to develop your mind through creativity, build a model car (or several).

Second, know that you have an addiction and seek help. You need to know what triggers the desire to watch porn and learn to turn off that trigger when it happens. Start by talking with a counselor or other professional who is trained to help people with addictions.

Third, Make new friends. If you spend all your time with friends, then you won't be alone and bored.

Finally, Porn comes in many degrees of bizarreness. If you are watching dangerous porn or abnormal stuff that is not social acceptable interactions (bondage, pain, animals, golden games) then go back to the second option quickly. You can't have healthy relationships with others if you can't be acceptable with others.

Something tells me it is, essentially, more than the act itself that pleasures you. It seems that you most likely have specific remedies that you follow when masturbating. It does feel good, yet it can also as you mentioned become a problem. I am also guessing that you masturbate multiple times a day? If so there are a few things that you can do or at least try. While the act feels amazing, it can become even better when done less, sounds crazy right?
Well, I have found that when I became addicted to porn it was because I felt a void, which was a body image issue. That is certainly not to say that your facing the same problem. Yet, what I did to combat the addiction was too limit the times I did it by focusing on other things. Try and find something else to do when the urge to have sex comes up. I have found that my orgasms are far stronger when I have less, in fact its been almost a week since I last masturbated.
