Now im starting to swallow saliva every minute. in church and in practice i had to do it every 45 seconds. after that i dont do it much more often

There is nothing wrong with you but if you become obsessed over thinking about it or worrying over it, it will drive you nuts and that is a Mental Health Issue...
In church ? with a priest present ? you sure it was saliva ..?
