When Will My Facial Peach Fuzz Mature?!

i can basically grow a full moustache of peach fuzz, i can grow it all over my face and i shave it once or twice a week, it grows pretty fast. so far i only have a few mature hairs on my chin, like 3 or 4. I have body hair on legs, pubes, arms, arm pits ect. my head hair is brown, so when will it mature if ever? and if it wont mature what products can make it grow more? thanks
