ok can i be sitting here and my chest close up or me have asthma attack out of nothing i dont have asthma btw ive had this feeling happen to me my doctor says its a panic attack anyways could this happen to me.

Yes it can. Sometimes i get up and do nothing and feel something like this. at times, i bend over like the girls do in porn movies, and feel the same situation, but it is gone now. It was random and doc told me it was nothing. so chill out.
