i can only agree with the guy that answered before me.
but if you didnt for some reason "unknown to any sane human being" squeze em really hard and it made a noise, chances are you popped that testicle and it could have serious consequences, it could make you incapable of producing sperm in that particular testicle, make you entirely impotent or you could even lose that testicle if you squezed too hard.
but if its a minor bruise you can get away with a really dumb action.
however i would go see a doctor right away and see what he thinks about it.
and no, dont be afraid of telling your parents or if u live by yourself, a doctor, because no matter how embarassing it might be, its better to be healthy than not to be embarassed.
