i suppose you are afraid that after wiping it away and after drying yourself with that could you get pregnant.
the answer is no, you can not get pregnant from that. however there is a slight chance of it actually working, "if" its only been a few seconds after the sperm hit the towel and you dig it into the vagina right after.
but sperm usually only survives a few minutes or less outside because it needs body temperature to survive.
so basically it depends on if its been ejaculated straight onto the towel, if its a big wad (because a small drop will die within seconds) and if its been put deep into a vagina.
otherwise theres no chance of it even getting close to pregnancy.
