Question: What are some possible complications of a vasectomy?
My ex had a vasectomy today. I text him earlier today to see how it went and he said that there were complications but didn't go into much detail. He said that a 15 min procedure took the doctors 1 hour! I tried to get more info out of him but he won't tell me anything. He said that he is in a lot of pain. What could have gone wrong?
(He is the father of my son so we stay in contact. I am very worried now because he is suppose to have our son this weekend. I know he needs to heal, especially now since something went wrong.)

Complications are unlikely because a vasectomy is about like getting a tattoo. I think perhaps he his making it up.
