You are NOT short, in general. Some 13 year olds' are barely past 5 ft.
You'll grow don't worry about it, I used to have the same problem, thinking I was gonna turn out short.

You will not finish puberty until at least age 21 - or later.
More growth could be headed your way - but nobody knows for sure.
Genetics rule - you cannot rush nor re-program genetics.
You cannot MAKE yourself grow taller.
You just have to be patient & wait to see what all develops.
Don't worry about stuff you have no control over.
im a 5 foot 4 15 year old girl and my boyfriend is probbly 5'5 or 5'6 tops and he is 17 you might grow or you might not big whopp its not like your really really short no girl is not going to date you cause your and if she doesnt well she is a ***** you deserve somone who like you no matter how short you are
Sometimes genetics will prevent those type of things bud. you are only 13, when I was 13 I was 5'2 now I'm 17 and I'm 6'0. But my dad is also 6'3 and I have a history of tall men in my family.
