Pulling back foreskin problems or concerns?!

Question: Pulling back foreskin problems or concerns?
Im 14 and i just finished taking a shower 5 mins ago. I pulled my foreskin back for the very first time and i did it slowly caz i was scared. When i went over the bump on my penis there was this white stuff (yes i do masturbate) and i tried cleaning it but it was sensitive, when the showering hot water it my penis of which i pulled my foreskin back it started to sting. My question are, what is the white gunk? if i don't clean it will my penis get infected? how do i clean it without it stinging? how can i make it less sensitive to stuff like hot water? It is the same situation if i pull back foreskin while erect?
Any other information would be delightful as im not clear on my body and how it works

Okay,...congratulations on being able to retract. You have reached a milestone. Check out the link to Father Magazine below as it details what to do if the foreskin becomes trapped behind the coronal ridge. It can be uncomfortable if it happens when erect so read up about it and know what to do before it happens. It is just a sign you may need a bit more gentle stretching to get the foreskin to glide effortlessly back and forth over the coronal ridge.
The glans will become desensitized in a short period of time. Your question confirms you are a normal, healthy young man. Your foreskin has been doing its job of keeping the glans sheathed, protected, and moist and sensitive.....just like nature intened.
To reduce the sensitivity, retract in the shower and let the shower water spray over the exposed glans. Shield it with your hands if need be. After a week, begin to touch the exosed glans with wet fingers, and in another week, begin to rub the glans with wet fingers. In about three weeks, the hyper sensitivity will turn to pleasure and then you will be set for life.
The white clusters are called smegma. Smegma is not the virtriol from hell the pro circumcision group would have you believe. Smegma is healthy, natural, and beneficial.
When smegma is allowed to accummulate, it shows up as white or yellowish clumps under the foreskin and around the coronal ridge. These deposits consist of dead skin cells, urine deposits, seminal secretions, and smegma.....all 100% natural, and 100% water soluble.
If the deposits are allowed to accummulate, they can harden and be more difficult to wash off. Soak in a warm bath and retract. Let the warm water soften the deposits. Wipe them wipe a soft cloth. This may take several days to get them all,...with the soaking and removing a bit each day. After that, just a daily rinse with clean shower water and no soap. Soap removes all the smegma with its attached health benefits. This will leave the area open to drying out and cracking, as well as bacterial infection. Rinsing with clean shower water will rremove the excess (100% water soluble) accummulation and leave a micro thin layer of protective smegma to ward off bacteria and keep this area moist and sensitive.
Go to: www.norm.org and read about the reason and function of smegma and the foreskin. You will see how very fortunate you are to still have yours, and how misguided are those who promote circumcision for any reason.
Good luck with this.

The white "gunk" you describe is called smegma and needs to be cleaned off regularly or you could end up with an infection. Happily I don't get that problem any more as I had to be circumcised when I was 16 (i'm 19 now) Maybe you have the water too hot when showering/bathing. You could try to keep your foreskin pulled back for a while to help desensitize your junk. Feel free to email me if you want to know more. I hope my answer helps you,

Personal experience.

Maybe you should consult a medical encyclopedia and try finding out the problem, they also tell you how to get rid of it or administer the proper treatment

If you can't find anything then consult a doctor..

Well the white gunk is call smegma which is basically cock goo that occurs under the foreskin. Try taking a bath and soaking it off.

This is about usual at 14.

I should be careful about pulling it back when erect
as it can get stuck behind the coronal ridge.

@Mithras has given you a very complicated answer
some of it a bit unnecessary.
The glans will be sensitive because you just exposed it,
this will wear off somewhat but it is not designed to have hot water thrown at it.

Smegma = the white stuff = is there to protect the glans
it's supposed to be there. No you don't need to scrub it off
it will NOT give you infections = it kills germs.
don't worry about it = you can wipe any surplus off with your finger
otherwise forget about it.

Tingly just because you been mucking with it.
