Question: How long does it take to recover from a nights drinking?

I have a soccer match in 6 days time and my fitness is fairly good but i've been drinking for the past 2 days. will i fully recover over this time period?? my friends a fitness fanatic and he says if he has 2 pints he'll notice it still effects his fitness 1 week on..

stop drinking and you wont have to worry bout it

If you don't think you can play just tell the coach you have explosive diarrhea and don't think you should be on the field with the others.
