Who has it worse small breasted women or males with small organs?!

I think that has alot to do with the actual PERSON.
Being a women with small breasts (34B), I'd say that probably males with small penises probably have it worse (mentally anyway). Granted, it's plainly obvious to everyone when a girl is "flat chested" and it's not so obvious to everyone when a guy has a small penis. I did get teased in middle school and high school about being "flat chested", (I didn't really get ANY boobs at all until I was about 16)
HOWEVER, that being said, IF I wanted to do something about my boobs, it would be alot easier to make them bigger. There's not much a guy can do about making his penis any bigger once he's past puberty. But I'm happy with the size of my boobs - I'm very active with swimming, tennis, volleyball so it's nice not having big boobs getting in the way. Also, sometimes I wear something that I just DON'T feel like wearing a bra under and I don't have to worry about "falling out". And wearing the 'right' bra can even make them look bigger than they are when I decide to wear my "booby shirt" LOL.
A guy with a small penis has alot more mental anguish I think, because he's always worried about what someone might think once they see it (if you have small boobs, everyone already knows). Hell, personally I think alot of guys with average and even a little above average sized penises worry what someone might think when they see it. I think that just comes from guys watching too much porn LOL.

Probably men, but not by a whole lot. Jealousy vs embarrassment.

Women feel bad about being small breasted too, usually jealousy of girls with larger breasts, but some of them get over it or get breast implants since they're somewhat socially accepted.

Guys feel inferior, and think people will make fun of them.

Men that have it small.

I'll admit mine is 4 1/2 inches (erect). And I'm no longer in puberty. So I'm not one of those guys that have 5.5-6.5" and worry about the size.

BTW, I happen to prefer smaller breasts. I would guess many men do.

somewhat easy question - small penis guys because alot of us commit suicide for suffering the embarrassment (usually from mean women and mean guys) for having a small penis.

big breasts are usually just a preference.

size should not matter to anyone. everybody is different and unique in their own way

men do since people falsely believe that a guy with a small penis is less manly.

Size is not matter as long as you enjoy each other.
