How do you shoot sperm?!

Question: How do you shoot sperm?
I am eighteen years old and I have sex with my girlfriend 3-4times a week and I masturbate 4-5times a week. I have been able to produce sperm since I was 14 but I have never been actually able to shoot it. All it ever does is dribble out from the head. I am very healthy too, like I run 3miles a day and workout one hour 5days a week so I know that I am healthy. I eat good foods too, I just don't know what wrong that I can't shoot at all.

PS; I ain't taking any Viagra or Cialis

Answers:

Lots and lots of guys never shoot.
If u want to try, though, go 3 to 5 dAys w/o ejaculating.
Make sure u r well-hydrated (may b an issue since u exercise regularly)
Have a good, hard erection for at least ten minutes of play before proceeding to movements that will progress u toward orgasm.
Get close to coming but back off - do this a few times before letting urself finish.
Ejaculation is more forceful if one is standing.

When you climax inside a the vulva, you are pushing forward and believe you me, you are shooting as the head of your penis is not smothered by your hand as in when you're masturbating. Try keeping your hand on the shaft when climaxing and you will see the difference.

you may be a lazy producer of semen and having 10 to 15 ejaculations a week may have something to do with it. Try and reduce the frequency and it will probably increase the intensity and flow off your head.

Good luck with that

Personal experience.

Not every body is able to shoot sperm... When ever you release sperm you use the muscles in your groin to push it out, these muscles are not really muscels you can grow, so you may never be able to shoot sperm... But for people in the porn industry they have pills that strengthen the groin.

My brother is in the porn industry

well your a dribbler rather than a shooter. Some guys do one or another.

You can do male keigels. Basically when your peeing, start and stop the flow a few times. This will strengthen the muscles and maybe help your shooting ability.

The smaller a canal or opening, the faster the liquid will travel. It's that simple. To shoot, constrict the shaft or stretch/tighten the opening by pulling.

It doesn't shoot because there is not enough sperm in your balls as you are over doing it.

I don't think you can control how it comes out. I'm an oozer too, but I've sprayed a few times.
