Why does my nose keep changing size ?!


Question: Why does my nose keep changing size ?
Okay so I'm 17 years old male, my nose i keeps like swelling and puffing out, not all the time but mostly when I'm tired and when i just wake up . (its not a skin condition)
Why could be the problem ? How can i solve it ?
