hmmm.... 'Bolster' would mean make you MORE anti-social... is that really what you want? If so, there's plenty of depressing, anti-humanitarian art out there, and a lot of the sciences are pretty down on the human species too.
But if I were you, I'd try to turn towards the Light: it makes life so much better...
