Question: How to lose 5-10 pounds, please help? (10 points)?
I'm a 16 year old boy, I'm very tall, 6'2 & 1/2 and I'm 180 pounds. I'm not fat at all but I do have a bit of love handles and some baby fat on my stomach but it isn't bad. My eating isn't so great but I run everyday for an hour. How long do you think it will take to lose 5-10 pounds? What should I AVOID & NOT eat or drink while trying to lose this weight? What should I eat and drink? What exercises do I do? Anything else or whatever is appreciated, thank you so much.

Drink clear fluids like water. 8 glasses a day
