So just stop getting out of bed when you need to pee. Wet it a few nights in a row, deal with the inevitable doctor's appointment, then tell your parents that you would rather wake up in a wet diaper than a wet bed. You could also just buy diapers yourself without dealing with all that mess.

well for starters you could piss in your bed. then after that you could become more creative and start sleep pissing all over your house.
