Question: How do I change my sleep routine SUCCESSFULLY without stressing myself out and without damaging my health?
I wake up 5 pm and sleep at 8 am. I want to wake up 5 am and sleep 8 pm. How do I reverse my sleep routine without stressing myself out? It is impossible to accomplish this in one day. And the idea of being 24 hour awake is not something I want to do because this will badly stress my body out. Please tell me how to do it. I end up skipping classes, got fired from job, and can't go out much and even miss doctor appointments because of this.

Answers:

You may need to take out a full month to do this, but ther eis going to be stress. You have to retime yourself and that may involve staying up for a full day

Not to sound snarky, but could you get a night-shift job?
