Question: Does sleeping with your feet raised a couple inches really help you grow taller?
I think I remember reading this in a legitimate article a few years back, but I'm kinda doubting myself and wondering if I really did read this or if my mind is ******* with me LOL. Anyways, is this true?

I believe this is a myth, it can only cause terrible circulation (even having your feet raised 1 inch is uncomfortable during sleep). But if you believe so, try it out. But if you are interested in growing taller, try drinking more milk, exercising and doing daily stretches, these have been PROVED to make you grow.

No, it's a myth. And you can't control your movements in sleep.

You grow base on your nutrition, not eating what you need to eat and not getting enough sleep will prevent growth. Exercising and doing stretches will also help you gain height.
