Feeling sick, dieting exercising too much?!

Question: Feeling sick, dieting exercising too much?
Currently with diet, exercise, and oxyelite pro, im losing about 10 pounds a month, lately ive been tired thirsty all the time and feeling weak. I work out for at least 40 minutes everyday and 2 hrs a day on Saturday. Plus im a college student applying to medical school. Should I exercise less? My weight is 210 pounds, im a 5'10 male, and i want to get down to 190.

Answers:

If you're exercising and THIRSTY, you *definitely* need more water.
Don't worry about drinking water; drink lots of water. You can't harm yourself from drinking water.
If you feel weak, you probably need to take one day a week off to rest so your muscles can rebuild. In addition, you are overdoing it with your college work.

Oxyelite is an uncontrolled product that cannot prove the claims they make.
Unfortunately current law allows the sale of these unproven items as long as no one gets hurt.
These thermongenic "diet pills" are no more effective in raising metabolism than eating lots of pepper, garlic or cayenne powder, and chili powder.

These supplement manufacturers are using human guinea pigs (you) for these products. As long as no one gets sick or dies, and they don't get fined or shut down they will keep making and selling this junk. Whether it works or not.
I am in no way a supporter of "big government" but hopefully the FDA will be given the authority some day soon to shut down these con men.

Possibly, it could also be your diet. If you are underrating and overexercising or eating bad foods. Remember if you under eat your body can go into storing mode and you will not lose weight. Perhaps instead of working 40 mins a day just go to 1 hour a day and take off Sundays.
