What if you are a beginner but you don't find any of the beginner workouts !


Question: What if you are a beginner but you don't find any of the beginner workouts challenging?
Whenever I go through a beginner workout, I don't feel as if I was challenged. This leads me to thinking that I didn't accomplish anything. Yet whenever I read articles, they always tell me to start with beginner workouts no matter what. Is this normal? Is there any reason for this? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, how do I go about finding my current fitness level? And when I do that, how do I find a workout that fits me?

Starting off at a beginner workout allows everyone to find out where they are. It helps to prevent injury. Now that you know that you're a little bit farther along, you can try something more challenging. Try more time or more repetitions or more weights.

I don't know what your goal is. What is your goal? Are you building muscle or are you going for cardiovascular fitness or are you trying to lose weight?
