A 7 inch penis is large for any boy or man. Less than 5% of the adult male population of the USA have a penis length of 7 inches or larger. At age 13 it is highly unlikely you have a penis that size. Chances are you are measuring it wrong or just fabricating a story. The average penis size for a 13 year old is of half that. A give away is that you use complete words in your sentences and have no spelling errors and only one grammatical error

That is a normal size (when it is erect) that is the same size of my penis when it is erect.
