A multivitamin will color your pee yellow if it contains B vitamins. (most do) Large stools are usually due to eating foods that contain a lot of fiber. In both cases it is good. If you were to drink more water your pee would not be as concentrated and be more a pale yellow.
The vitamins you are taking are water soluble so when you have more than you need it just come out in your pee and it will be discolored. As for the shits the same thing could be the case, its your body trying to get rid of the excess vitamins.
Try drinking more water and see if it restores your urine to a lighter yellow. Exercising (jogging) might "move your bowels" along, too.
