I have try drug and gel but it does have a side effect. and it not works permanently with my PE.
I have to spend lot of money to just having sex with my wife :(

You have to control your ejaculation, but im sure theirs doctors that can charge you ways to do this but there might be an easier way.
Say your about to have sex, instead why don't you do fore-play and ejaculate while doing fore-play then when it comes to the sex you should last abit longer. For obvious seasons the lady should go first.
Or masturbate before sex/fore-play and then when it comes to sex you should find it hard and longer to ejaculate.
