This is my own experience about how to stop premature ejaculation, I've experienced premature ejaculation, and i've try lot of method.. but i'm very disappointed with the result...

I would highly recommend you try pc muscle exercises. Basically when you are urinating, stop the flow of urination and do this over and over.. this will make your PC muscle bigger which will lead to greater ejaculation control.
