Probably because you need to wash it more often.

umm infections/stds maybe...are u sexually active? i know of like lil white pimples on balls and under the penis to where if it is wet or sweaty and isnt dried quickly it can cause pimples type things that alot of people get

unless you are a virgin( if you area virgin it will go away from 1 to 2 weeks, and maybe turn balck) then get tested for a std

it is not a problem.
