Question: Ok emergency help!!!!!!!?
i was sitting at my pc and felt something on my chest or rib cage im 17 healthy male do exercise can this be a heart attack or stroke im freaking out also before i drank some hot milk then got thirsty and drankw ater fast could this be gas i have no pain or numbeness is hti sheart attack or stroke.

Try drinking some warm milk.
If you're not having any other pain or numbness, I doubt it's a heart attack or stroke. Most likely gas pain. Drink the milk like the other person said, SLOWLY. And take some slow deep breaths as well. In the nose, out the mouth. Also, if you have anti-gas medicine it wouldn't hurt to take it.
