Once you start smoking, it is hard...?!

Question: Once you start smoking, it is hard...?
Once you smoke ONE TIME, is it hard to only smoke maybe once every month, or two weeks? I REALLY do NOT want to become an everyday smoker, just once in a while. Is it easy, or does it take a lot of willpower?

And if you happen to be an "occasional smoker", how much has it affected you?

Thanks.

Answers:

Everything you do takes willpower, you can do anything you set your mind to. I myself are an occasional smoker, I shared a fro today with my friend and that's all I needed. I probably won smoke another cigarette for another week or two. Even then I don't finish the whole cigarette by myself, it's too much for me. Just once in a while I do crave a cigarette, it helps calm your nerves. I think it's okay to smoke every now and then, as little as possible. Everything you do should be done in moderation, it's okay to indulge just don't over do it.

People are going to keep telling you that it's addictive because yes it is, but the thing here is that you WANT to only smoke once in a while, you already have that set in your mind, therefore when you actually start smoking you already know how much you want from it, you're gonna know how to stop yourself and recognize when you're smoking too much. You'll be okay.

?

Most people can't stay occasional, it's more then will power, it's neurogological stuff, there's more in cigarattes then just nicotine and it's strong stuff. So your best bet is not to think you'll beat the odds, and take the chance. It's not worth it, you get stuck with a habit, you'll be hating life, not even close to the trade off.

U do understand smoking cigarettes is an addiction?!?

That means eventually u will smoke every day and hate it.
