Question: I think I retrograde ejaculated from PC squeezing too hard. Is this permanent or will it correct itself?
I know what retrograde ejaculation is, but I am really concerned that I may have caused it from squeezing too hard before ejaculating that I think it retrograded because I organismed but no semen fluid came out. I am really concerned that I permanently messed up myself. Is there something that I can do? I do want the be able to have kids in the future.

The human body is very adaptable. It's unlikely that you've caused any permanent problem, but it's not good to use techniques that prevent ejaculate from exiting your body. That particular ejaculation probably just ended up in you bladder. That shouldn't cause any harm.
