Dizziness and fainting spells?!

My boyfriend has been having dizzy spells for about three days. Then today he passed out at work. (He's headed to the drs right now) Sunday he was saying he didn't feel right and was really worried. So worried that he sent me a text later in the day telling me how much he loved me and to make sure I always remember that. Kinda a goodbye. He has had a few seizures, there is history of strokes in his family, he has a rapid heart beat, and on antidepressents and something to regulate his heart beat. Is the fainting and dizziness related to any of these things? I'm pretty sure its not the meds he's been on them for months with out any problems other than fatigue.
