Question: A friend of mine is not healthy?
He went to emergency just recently, he puked up some white substance, had a headache, couldn't feel his hands, up to his elbows, and i would like to know what this could possibly be?
Methinks diabetes, but the doc might say otherwise.. what say you?

I don't think this sounds like diabetes, but I don't know what else it might be. The white substance that he threw up might have had something to do with it. Sometimes food poisoning can have symptoms that include numbness, as can some drugs. I hope he's doing much better.
