Question: If i hold me pee for 4 hours will i be ok?
if i hold me pee for 4 hours will i be ok i got shy bladder and i am 13 and worried that i will get problems plus i have anxiety. i go home at lunch luckly i live down the road so if i go say about quarter to 1 will i be ok because i go just before school which is like 8.00

why dont u use a bathroom im peretty sher evry skool gots 1 of those

yeah you'll be fine. i've held it for 3 days once because of a bet. don't start holding yourself during school though! people will think you're playing with yourself. i made that mistake.

get over the shyness and don't over expand ur bladder since ur only 13 u will have a small penis it will grow fully by 21 years so don't wait that long

well it is not healthy at all, you can damage you bladder seriously to the point that you won't be able to control it which means you wont be able to hold it in for any time.Don't take the risk dude.
