It just looks like sty on your eye. I know it sounds funny but its not, its kind of just an infection of the hair follicle. Its not serious, just put a hot tea bag on it 3 or 4 times a day until its gone. It should be gone by tonight if you hold the tea bag on your eye

If you did not suffer an injury to it, like being punched or getting something in it, I'd say you have some kind of infection. Does it itch?
If it doesn't resolve its self with in the next few days OR gets worse, see a doctor.

i cant see the pic buf if theres a discharge or the eye is pinkish red id see the eye dr,it could be pink eye.
