and the back of his truck broke off. i guess i dont know my own penis strength. how do i fix the bumper? its a 1988 toyota granada XL

why not try using your super penis to fix it? i mean... not any old penis could do that ;) XD
You could try with a base ball bat, a double edge claymore and a chisel, a hammer drill, Hydrochloric acid and etc
