How to get fatter/increase bone size (2 Q's)?!

Question: How to get fatter/increase bone size (2 Q's)?
I am 17 yrs old. I weigh a little less than 90 lbs, am 66 inches in height. My wrist bones are extremely small. I am wondering if there are any ways to increase bone density/size? Also, I find it extremely hard to eat every meal and only eat about one plate of food a day. I look very emaciated and this is a problem when it comes to taking job interviews, especially when my employers want a healthy-looking person for their workplace. Can you give suggestions to increase my food intake?

You can't change your basic bone structure. All you can do is to make sure that you get enough nutrition to keep up you bone density and to build muscles. You are underweight for your height. I had that problem when I was younger too. What I do is snack all day. You don't have to force food, but you need to take in more calories to gain. Emaciated isn't the look that employers are going for. I have to work at keeping enough weight on to keep my face from looking too gaunt. Sounds like your problem too.
Look for ways to add nuts and good vegetable fats, such as peanut oil, olive oil, avocados, etc. into your diet. Set out a reasonable amount of food to eat and make sure that you eat all of it by the end of the day. You can have more control on your own weight.
